Following recent newspaper reports and our press release on or around 22 October 2010 on “PARTNER”, an SME initiative to enhance banking efficiency and customer services towards true business partnership, please find below the documents relating to Phase 1 of the “PARTNER” initiative – Streamlining and Simplifying SME Loan Applications, which can be downloaded accordingly.
We wish to advise consumers that the said documents are also available at the website and / or the SME contact points of all participating commercial banks. As part of our effort to be more effective and to reach out to a wider audience, the documents relating to Phase 1 of “PARTNER” are effective 21 June 2011 also available in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We have also advised all participating banks to make the same available, where possible, on their website and / or at the SME contact points.
